We’re Celebrating Our 40th Anniversary!

For 40 years, the National Mustard Museum has been serving up smiles, stories, and plenty of mustard to visitors from near and far. From Barry buying his first bottles at Woodman’s Grocery Store, then it’s home in Mount Horeb, to becoming the beloved Middleton destination it is today, the Museum has continued to grow, evolve, and spread the joy of mustard. What began with one man’s passion and a few jars has grown into a one-of-a-kind collection, an educational experience, and a place where mustard lovers from around the world come together to celebrate the King of Condiments. Here’s to 40 years of history—and plenty more mustardy adventures ahead!

As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we’re asking our friends, fans and fellow mustard enthusiasts to consider a $40 donation in honor of our 40th anniversary. Your donation helps keep the the collection, education and magic of the King of Condiments alive for the next 40 years and beyond.

From humble beginnings to more than 7,000 mustards from around the globe, explore the people, moments and memories that have made the Museum what it is today.
