NOW WE KNOW. After much anticipation, the Grand Champion of the 2021 World-Wide Mustard Competition was revealed on Wed., June 2, via Zoom. Congrats to Bornier Wholegrain Dijon for joining the elite club of champions!

To arrive at the Grand Champion, more than 20 chefs and food writers from around the country have tasted each the 17 Gold Medal winners and ranked them. The Curator of the Mustard Museum entered their scores into a top secret Grand Champion spreadsheet, tallied the results, and determined the winner.
